Our Purpose
The Oak Grove Homeowners Association was established for all homeowners to enjoy the benefits of a subdivision with a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions developed to ensure the cooperative and aesthetic aspects of the properties, and was established for the purpose of enhancing and perfecting the value, desirability and attractiveness of the neighborhood.
Subdivision News
The Annual Board of Directors meeting will be held Wednesday, October 28,2026 at the Village of Prairie Grove Town Hall. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm and end no later than 8:00 pm. The election for BOD position for next year will also take place at this meeting.
Community Updates
Walnut Hollow construction has begun. 4 single family homes are under construction, most likely to be used as model homes. 2 Multi Family buildings are under construction as well. Lennar is the builder, and has not yet started selling lots.
Prairie Grove Events
Prairie Grove Trick or Treat hours have been announced by the village.
October 31,2026 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm is the official village Trick or Treat date and times.
The Village of Prairie Grove has set the week of October 26, 2026 for brush pickup. Visit the village website for details.

Oak Grove Energy Policy
The Board of Directors of the Oak Grove HOA has adopted the following rules and guidelines to support homeowners and/or property owners interested in making improvements to their individual property, specifically, as regards the installation of a Solar Energy Systems ("SES") (sometimes referred to as Solar Power Devices, or "SPDs"), or any of their components and mechanisms, commonly known as solar panels, solar inverters, solar collectors, solar storage mechanisms, and their accessory components both electrical and mechanical.
Annual Assessment
Association annual assessments of $150 are due on January 1st of every year. We hope to simplify your payment opportunity by offering a PayPal payment option.

If you pay after the 1st of January but before the 31st of January, you must pay the full annual assessment regardless of your payment option. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring their annual dues are paid by no later than the 31st of January.
Please be aware, dues that are not paid by the 31st of January will be assessed a $25.00 late payment "processing fee". Further, a $25.00 late payment processing fee will be assessed for each additional quarter the dues are not paid.
If a homeowner fails to pay annual dues by the end of the first quarter, he/she may be contacted by the HOA attorney. All legal fees associated with attempts to recover annual dues will be paid by the homeowner. If a homeowner fails to pay annual dues, a lien will be placed against the property title after one year of non-payment.
